Order Processing Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. In the unlikely event of any delay or if an item is temporarily out of stock, we will promptly notify you and provide dedicated support.

Delivery Fees & Thresholds

Delivery rates are calculated at checkout based on order value, destination, and package weight:

Orders over $300: Free standard shipping (Excludes heavy items 15kg and over)

Orders between $129 and $300:

Urban delivery: Free

Rural delivery: $13.00

Orders below $129:

Urban delivery: $7.99

Rural delivery: $13.00

Heavy & Bulky Items (15kg+):

Free shipping and standard discounts do not apply to parcels weighing 15kg or more, regardless of the order total. For oversized or bulky items, shipping fees will be calculated based on the total weight, volume, and destination. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete payment.

Please select the correct shipping option (Urban or Rural) matching your delivery address at checkout to avoid dispatch delays.

Couriers & Transit Times

We partner with NZ Post and Mainfreight for domestic shipments across New Zealand. Delivery times vary depending on stock availability and your regional location:

Urban Deliveries: Typically delivered within 1–3 business days once dispatched.

Rural & Heavy Freight: May require an additional 1–3 business days.
