Warranty Policy

1. Consumable Parts (Brake Pads, Bulbs, Oil Filters)

• Coverage: Covered for Dead on Arrival (DOA) / out-of-the-box manufacturing defects only.
• Claim Window: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery/pick-up and before vehicle use.
• Exclusions: Normal wear, incorrect fitment, improper installation, or labor/towing costs are not covered.

2. Tools

• 6-month limited warranty against material and manufacturing defects.
• Excludes misuse, overloading, or unauthorized applications.

3. Diagnostic Scanners (TOPDON / Autel / Launch)

• 1-year manufacturer warranty covering hardware and manufacturing defects (proof of purchase required).
• Exclusions: Drops, cracked screens, liquid damage, power surges, or unauthorized repairs are not covered.
• ECU & Coding Disclaimer: geekauto is not responsible for bricked or damaged vehicle modules caused by improper coding, lack of technical knowledge, or unstable power supplies. All advanced diagnostic operations are performed at the operator's own risk.

How to Make a Claim

Email sales@geekauto.co.nz with:

• Order number
• Product serial number (for scanners/tools)
• Photos or videos clearly showing the fault
