- Quote & Customer Approval: Once our technicians inspect your device, we will contact you via email with a clear quote detailing the necessary parts and repair labor.
- Payment & Repair Authorization: Work begins only after you confirm the quote and complete the payment.
- Parts Ordering & Turnaround: Replacement parts must be ordered in, meaning repair timelines can vary. We will always discuss estimated timeframes with you prior to commencing work.
